When I interviewed someone for the first time, it was slightly intimidating. I had to come up with a set of questions at the top of my head. I also had to try to act serious when doing the interview. This would prevent the other person from laughing. The most difficult part about editing this interview was figuring out the saturation and exposure of the video. I couldn't tell when the film has a good amount of saturation nor exposure. I also had a hard time figuring out if I need to add color to the film. When I tried to add color to one clip, it looked sufficient. I then had difficulties trying to apply the same color scene from the clip I edited to other clips. The B-rolling part was acting quite enjoyable. I had fun downloading images of who I interviewed and figuring out which clip best matches the photo. I also included images from google images which made my film more enjoyable since the photos were edited. Overall, my first time interviewing someone and editing the interview was a success because I learned a lot and I want to make several more interview type films.

This interview has a lot of thought put into it. Wendi did a good job interviewing Will which made him less nervous while on the camera. Also, this interview has pictures that come in just at the right time. I would have edited this film by eliminating the car sound effects in the background. This would make the music stand out more. Also, there needs to be color in the background. That would help the exposure stand out in the interview film. Overall, both Wendi and Will executed their parts well in this film.

Being interviewed for the first time was nerve wracking. In fact, it showed because I was not sitting still which indicates that I wasn't comfortable on camera. However, I was still able to answer the questions that had a lot of thought. Will did a good job asking me the questions which made my job easier since I have to come up with answers at the top of my head. I think that I also didn't make a lot of eye contact which is very common for me. I need to look at who I am interviewing without looking down at the floor the entire time. As I do my next film interview, I will try to relax and let my thoughts thrive without getting scattered. My language will seem more developed and will tell a strong message.
